SlickFlight is an independent US travel agency. We search airline inventory, book flights for travellers, and stay on hand when plans change. We are not an airline and do not speak for one; the airline on your ticket operates the flight and sets its rules.

Why we started
Most of the frustration people feel about booking flights comes from details that were technically visible but practically hidden: a bag that was not included, a layover that turned out to be overnight, a fee that appeared at the last step. SlickFlight was built to put those details where you are already looking.
How it works
When you search, we ask connected airline systems for live seats and prices. When you book, we issue the ticket and send you the itinerary. The aircraft, schedule, baggage policy and fare conditions belong to the airline. What we add is a clear search, a careful booking, and people you can reach afterwards.
How we are paid
Airlines and booking partners pay us a commission on tickets we issue. Some itineraries also carry a SlickFlight service fee, which always appears as its own line at checkout so you can see it before you confirm.
Our ground rules
- No countdown timers or invented “only 1 left” pressure.
- No card numbers taken by email, text or chat. Ever.
- No selling your contact details to marketers.
- Plain answers about what the airline allows on your fare.
- Looking after every reservation we create, from booking to landing.
If something goes wrong
Email [email protected] with your SLK reference and what happened. We aim to reply within one business day. If the problem sits with the airline rather than with us, we will say so and point you to the right place to raise it.
